1 Terms of Service and Licensing
1.1 Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service & Licensing (“Terms”) apply when you visit nikassu.com, purchase or download digital products from Nikassu, use our files, access our content, or communicate with us. Nikassu is the online store for Digital Templates by Nikassu.
By using the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Digital Delivery Policy, and any product-specific license terms shown at checkout or on the product page.
1.2 Digital Products
Nikassu sells digital templates, planners, spreadsheets, printable files, business documents, presentations, and related digital goods. Unless a product page says otherwise, products are delivered digitally only. No physical item will be shipped.
Product previews, mockups, screenshots, and descriptions are provided to help you understand what is included. Minor differences may occur because of software versions, fonts, device settings, screen colors, or platform updates.
1.3 Orders, Payment, and Checkout Information
You agree to provide accurate checkout, billing, and contact information. Prices, taxes, discounts, and currency availability may vary by location, platform, payment method, and promotion. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors and may cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or made in violation of these Terms.
1.4 License Summary
Unless a product page states a different license, your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the digital product under the rules below.

1.5 Permitted Uses
- Use the purchased product for personal planning, business administration, internal operations, education, or client-facing finished work.
- Customize text, colors, fields, branding, layout details, and sample content for your own use.
- Print copies for your own household, classroom, team, or business use.
- Share, distribute or transfer purchased files.
- Export finished versions, such as PDFs or printed deliverables, for your own use or for a client project where the editable source template is not transferred.
1.6 Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Resell or sublicense the purchased files, download links, source files, or substantially similar modified versions.
- Claim Nikassu templates, product previews, instructions, or source files as your own original template product.
- Use the files to create digital products for sale, template bundles, printable packs, spreadsheet products, Canva templates, Notion products, course bonuses, lead magnets, or marketplace listings unless we give written permission.
- Remove copyright, licensing, or ownership notices included in files or documentation.
- Use the products for unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or harmful purposes.
1.7 Ownership and Intellectual Property
Nikassu and its licensors retain ownership of all digital products, templates, designs, layouts, formulas, written instructions, previews, images, and related intellectual property. Your purchase gives you a license to use the files, not ownership of the files or underlying intellectual property.
Any names, logos, trademarks, or third-party software references remain the property of their respective owners. Nikassu is not affiliated with those owners unless specifically stated.
1.8 Software, Fonts, and Compatibility
Product pages may list required or recommended software, file formats, or apps. You are responsible for having compatible software and knowing how to use it at a basic level. Compatibility can vary by app version, device, operating system, browser, and platform.
If a product uses free fonts, links or font names may be provided where available. Font availability and licensing are controlled by the font provider, not Nikassu.
1.9 Digital Delivery and Access
Digital products are delivered through download links, account access, email, or the platform used for checkout. Delivery is governed by our Digital Delivery FAQ / Policy. You are responsible for entering a correct email address and saving backup copies after download.
1.10 Refunds, No Returns, and No Exchanges
Because Nikassu sells digital goods that can be accessed, downloaded, copied, and used immediately, all sales are generally final once digital access is provided. Nikassu does not accept returns of digital products once digital access has been provided. We do not accept exchanges of digital files. Refunds, if any, are handled under our Refund Policy and any mandatory rights that apply by law.
1.11 Support
We aim to provide reasonable support for download problems, missing files, and product defects. Support does not include custom design work, software training, editing the template for you, business advice, tax advice, legal advice, or support for third-party apps outside our control.
1.12 User Content and Communications
If you send us feedback, reviews, messages, files, screenshots, or suggestions, you confirm that you have the right to share them. You grant us permission to use feedback and suggestions to improve our products and business without owing compensation. We will handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy.
1.13 Website Availability and Changes
We may update, replace, discontinue, or remove products, website features, prices, promotions, or content at any time. We do not guarantee that a product or download link will remain available forever, so you should download and back up your files promptly.
1.14 Disclaimers
Nikassu products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise that a product will meet every specific need, produce a particular result, be error-free in every software environment, or remain compatible with future third-party software changes.
Templates are for general productivity, creative, business, or informational use. They are not legal, tax, accounting, medical, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any document or calculation before relying on it.
1.15 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nikassu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the website or products. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
1.16 Termination
We may suspend or terminate access, refuse service, or cancel orders if we believe you violated these Terms, misused our products, infringed our rights, committed fraud, abused support, or created risk for Nikassu or others. License restrictions continue after termination.
1.17 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website or products after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

2 Refund Policy for Digital Goods
2.1 Digital Goods Refund Policy
Nikassu sells digital products, including templates, printables, spreadsheets, presentations, documents, and related downloadable files. Because digital goods can be accessed, downloaded, copied, and used immediately, all sales are generally final once digital access has been provided. Nikassu does not accept returns of digital products once digital access has been provided.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If a law gives you a non-waivable right, that right still applies.
2.2 No Returns and No Exchanges
Digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. For that reason, Nikassu does not accept returns, exchanges, or requests to send files back after purchase. Please review the product description, software requirements, previews, file types, and license terms before buying.
2.3 When a Refund May Be Considered
We may consider a refund or replacement in limited situations, such as:
- You accidentally purchased the same product twice using the same email address.
- You were charged the wrong amount because of a clear technical or checkout error.
- The downloaded file is missing, corrupted, or materially different from the product description, and we cannot provide a corrected file within a reasonable time.
- A verified technical defect prevents the file from opening or working as described, and support cannot resolve the issue.
- The transaction appears unauthorized or fraudulent, subject to review through the payment provider.
2.4 Refunds Are Usually Not Available For

- Your order number, transaction ID, or purchase receipt.
- The email address used at checkout.
- The product name.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Screenshots, error messages, or screen recordings if the issue is technical.
- Confirmation of the software and device you used to open the file.
We may first provide troubleshooting steps, a replacement file, a corrected download link, or an updated version before deciding whether a refund is appropriate.
2.7 Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will usually be issued to the original payment method through the payment platform. Processing times depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, marketplace, and currency. Fees, taxes, exchange rates, or platform charges may be handled according to the payment provider’s rules.
2.8 Chargebacks and Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a purchase was unauthorized, contact us and the payment provider promptly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay support and may result in suspension of download access while the payment provider reviews the dispute.
2.9 Product Updates and Replacements
When practical, we may provide corrected files or product updates for defects. Updates are not guaranteed for every product and may not include custom changes, new features, or compatibility with future third-party software changes.

3 Digital Delivery FAQ and Policy
3.1 Digital Delivery Overview
Nikassu products are delivered digitally. After payment is completed, you will receive access to your purchased files by download link, account library, email, checkout confirmation page, or the marketplace platform used for the purchase. No physical product will be shipped.
By purchasing a digital product with instant or near-instant access, you agree to digital delivery. Where applicable, you consent to immediate access and acknowledge that cancellation or withdrawal rights may end once delivery begins, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
3.2 When Will I Receive My Files?
Most digital products are available immediately after successful payment. In some cases, delivery may take a few minutes because of payment review, fraud checks, email delays, platform processing, or account verification.
If you do not receive your download information within 30 minutes, check your spam, promotions, junk, or updates folder. Then contact us with your order number and checkout email.
3.3 How Delivery Works
- Complete checkout using the correct email address.
- Wait for the confirmation page, receipt, or delivery email.
- Click the download link or open your account library.
- Download the file to a computer or cloud storage location you control.
- Back up your files after download.
3.4 What If I Entered the Wrong Email Address?
Contact us at contact@nikassu.com with your name, order number, incorrect email address, correct email address, and proof of purchase. For security, we may need to verify the order before changing delivery details.
3.5 File Types and Software
Each product page should list the included file types and recommended software. Common file types may include XLSX, DOCX, PPTX, PDF, PNG, JPG, ZIP, CSV, or other digital formats. You are responsible for using compatible software and devices.

- Make sure your antivirus or workplace network is not blocking the file.
- If a ZIP file will not open, download it again and unzip it before opening individual files.
3.7 Access Period and Backups
Download links may expire, be limited by platform rules, or become unavailable if a product is discontinued, a marketplace changes its system, or an order is refunded or flagged for fraud. Unless a product page or platform states otherwise, download and back up your files promptly after purchase.
Nikassu is not responsible for files lost after download because of deleted emails, device failure, cloud storage issues, expired links, or customer file management problems.
3.8 No Physical Shipping
Nikassu does not ship physical goods for digital template orders. You will not receive printed pages, binders, USB drives, discs, stationery, or any physical package unless a product page specifically states otherwise.
3.9 Delivery, Refunds, and No Returns
Because digital files are delivered electronically and can be copied after access, all sales are generally final once digital delivery is completed. 3.10.1 Can I download on my phone?
Some files may download on a phone, but desktop or laptop download is recommended, especially for ZIP files, spreadsheets, presentations, and editable documents.
3.10.2 Can I re-download later?
If the platform provides account access or active download links, you may be able to re-download later. Access is not guaranteed forever, so save backup copies.
3.10.3 The file looks different on my computer. What happened?
Differences can happen because of software versions, missing fonts, display settings, print settings, or app compatibility. Check the product instructions and install recommended fonts if included.
3.10.4 Can you edit the template for me?
Standard purchases do not include custom editing, personalization, software training, or setup services unless the product page says so. Contact us if you want to ask about paid customization.

4 No Return Policy
4.1 No Returns on Digital Products
Nikassu sells digital goods, including downloadable templates, printables, spreadsheets, documents, presentations, and related files. These products are delivered electronically and can be accessed, downloaded, copied, and used immediately. For that reason, Nikassu does not accept returns of digital products once digital access has been provided.
4.2 No Physical Item to Return
Digital products are not shipped as physical goods. There is no package, printed item, binder, USB drive, disc, or physical product to send back. Please do not mail any return items to Nikassu unless we specifically request something in writing.
4.3 No Exchanges
We generally do not exchange one digital product for another after access has been provided. Please review product previews, descriptions, file types, software requirements, and license terms before completing your purchase.
4.4 What If There Is a Problem With My File?
If your file is missing, corrupted, materially different from the product description, or affected by a technical issue, contact us at contact@nikassu.com. We may provide troubleshooting, a corrected file, a replacement download link, or review the issue under our Refund Policy.
4.5 Why We Have This Policy
Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be returned in unused condition after delivery. Once a buyer receives access, the file can be saved, copied, printed, or used even if a return request is made. This policy helps protect the value of Nikassu’s digital products while still allowing us to support customers when a genuine delivery or product issue occurs.
4.6 Mandatory Rights
